Wade Harder

Wade Maurice Harder was born August 17, 1951, to Noel and Ruth (Cole) Harder in Poplar Bluff , Missouri. He entered into his eternal home on May 23, 2024, at the age of 72 years.

He is survived by three sisters, Glenda (Danny) Crider of Birch Tree, MO, Judy Turner of Birch Tree, MO, and Janet Hackworth of West Plains, MO; and a host of nieces and nephews who all loved him dearly.

Wade is preceded in death by his parents, Noel and Ruth; and one nephew, Aaron Andrew Knowlen. Wade spent most of his childhood and teen years near Piedmont, Missouri in the Greenwood Valley area. He attended Garwood School. At the age of 17, he moved to the farm in Birch Tree, Missouri with hisfamily, where he graduated high school in 1969.

He spent many years helping his mother and father with farming, logging, and gardening. Wade loved to grow a big garden and share his harvest with family and friends. He also had a passion for hunting and fishing and did so every chance he got.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Yarber Mortuary, Birch Tree, Missouri, with Bro. Bob Wiggs officiating. Visitation was held prior to the service from12- 2:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. Interment was in Oak Grove Cemetery, Birch Tree. Condolences may be expressed at www.yarbermortuary.com
