It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of a mother and her two children. 

Nichole Bays, age 41, was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 2, 1984. She was the second daughter of Robin and Chance Bays. 

She was a nurturing, loving, and devoted mother. Nichole enjoyed spending time with her friends and f a m i l y, traveling to new places, and being spontaneous and adventurous. There were always lastminute trips to Branson or just an occasional weekend away with her spouse and children. 

She was expecting her first grandchild and was excited about the growth of their family. Nichole always found a way to bring everyone together and make the best of any situation. She would do anything for the people she loved and always had a helping hand for anyone who needed it. 

Nichole is survived by her spouse, Daniel Roberts; her daughter, Shalynn Roberts; her son, Chance Roberts; her parents, Chance and Robin Bays; two sisters, Amanda Bays and Nora Conner; three nieces, Paige Ramsey, Ryleigh Ramsey, and Skylar Ramsey; and one nephew, Clayton Conner. 

Jordanna Roberts, age 21, was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on August 24, 2004. She was the second daughter of Nichole Bays and Daniel Roberts. 

Jordanna enjoyed helping her parents with her younger siblings, going out with her cousins and friends, and she loved animals of all kinds. She liked feeling helpful and wanted to be a veterinarian one day. She graduated from Eminence R1 High School in 2023 and worked as a cashier at Sinclair in Eminence after high school. 

She is survived by her father, Daniel Roberts; her sister, Shalynn Roberts; her brother, Chance Roberts; her grandparents, Chance and Robin Bay; three aunts, Amanda Bays, Nora Conner, and Dana Roberts; one uncle, Travis Roberts; and many cousins. 

Jayce Roberts, age 8, was born in Poplar Bluff , Missouri, on November 28, 2017. He was the youngest son of Nichole Bays and Daniel Roberts. He loved swimming, playing in the water, being outside, car rides, and his family. 

He is survived by his father, Daniel Roberts; his sister, Shalynn Roberts; his brother, Chance Roberts; his grandparents, Chance and Robin Bay; three aunts, Amanda Bays, Nora Conner, and Dana Roberts; one uncle, Travis Roberts; and many cousins. 

Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026, at the New Gym, Eminence, Missouri, with Bro. Darrell Jones officiating, under the direction of Yarber Mortuary, Eminence. 

Visitation was held prior to the service from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., also at the funeral home.
